One of the current exhibitions at the V&A features the work and designs of japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto. I visited on Saturday and was very impressed by the designs that stood in front of me. His passion for textiles was clear in the way he has explored different techniques and ways to create structure in the fabric. I started sketching a few of these structures but then a lady came and told me off. Opps! I would recommend going to this exhibition it was very interesting and I loved looking at the lookbooks, taken by different photographers including Paolo Roversi and Craig Mcdean.
